I've finally gotten around to installing the update for the Twitter plugin for @WithKnown to support the longer 280 character limit. With any luck this will serve as a positive test that everything is working properly.
Have you updated yet?

@Chronotope @palewire Here's a thread & code for an @internetarchive tweak for @WithKnown CMS (php):

For wider adoption, your best bet is probably to pare down WordPress a tad and see what you can make of it. I know David Shanske has a starter version of Underscores with microformats in it already. I think a large portion of the micro.blog crowd that has gone IndieWeb are using it as their CMS of choice.
The other interesting platform to look at is WithKnown which was built from scratch with IndieWeb specifically in mind.
For adopt-a-bility and reach, you could also look at building things like webmentions into projects like Mastodon which already has some IndieWeb pieces built into it.
You could also try asking in the IndieWeb chat at https:/
Here's a rough chart that may give you some useful ideas too: https:/
Ooh! Someone's working on a service worker for @WithKnown!

The best source of information is from Known itself: https:/

@jensimmons The best content-type-focused CMS set ups I've seen with the broadest array of out-of-the-box supported types are @WithKnown (+plugins http:/
@nlafferty I am still actively using @withknown, both personally and professionally. The private communities I set up are still actively being used by many in the group long after the original course was over. A few have set up their own individual sites and migrated their content out as well.
Another option that may be interesting is setting up a community space that people can be a part of natively or which they can have their own individual sites and syndicate their content to it as necessary or desirable.
If you'd like to chat about it I'm happy to do so via phone/internet/other. I suspect you might find some value in conversing with the folks at Known directly as well.
@nlafferty I suspect @wiobyrne has used @withknown in the past as well #edtech
