@AskMariaC @nancyrink @RobinJM I suspect that because it's built on @WithKnown there's a way I could use my own site to post to teach.kqed.org so that I own all of my content that I post to the site (as well as potentially get all the replies back). It's obvious that I can post replies to the site (see my test on https://teach.kqed.org/2017/new-user-i-will-updated which originated from http://stream.boffosocko.com/2017/curious-to-see-if-i-can-reply-from-out-of), but I suspect I may need something else for native posts
I suspect that it will potentially require a plugin like https://github.com/mapkyca/KnownKnown to be able to oAuth in so I can syndicate directly to the site. Do you support this functionality? Has it been considered? I suspect it may also require some additional work to target specific pages/sub-pages for various modules, so don't kill yourselves for my edge case if this requires more than I think it may.
Given that you're introducing educators to such a fantastic platform, it would be nice to encourage people to have their own sites which they could then later use in conjunction with their own local classrooms and students.
Congratulations, by the way, on not only a fantastic site, but on some some great content. I find it a bit reminiscent of the https://bighistoryproject.com/ and the related teacher site/resources at https://www.yammer.com/bhpteachercommunity#/home, but I know they've got infinitely deeper pockets. Sadly they don't have the more integrated learning environment the teach.kqed site does.
