Why doesn't Digg find additional alternate feed links on my site and present them as subscribe-able?

On a web page, one could advertise multiple RSS feeds for potential subscription (http://www.rssboard.org/rss-autodiscovery), yet it doesn't look like Digg supports this ability.

So for example, on my site http://www.boffosocko.com, I have about 12 alternate feeds which provide different subsections of my content that is subscribe-able based on the needs/interests of the reader. Why doesn't Digg parse this data to allow their readers the choice of what to read? Simple feed readers like Woodwind.xyz allow for this (see github opensource repository for example: https://github.com/kylewm/woodwind). Photo of the functionality attached.
