@dcastelvecchi It took about a month after reporting, but Twitter has finally suspended @scienmag
http:/

@Padraig @realkimhansen Her prediction is particularly nefarious sounding as sites like Acast go to reasonable lengths to hide their audio files on web pages. They seem to be attempting to create silos of content instead of keeping an open architecture.
@realkimhansen @blaine @kevinmarks @dsearls @Padraig The microformats wiki has a huge amount of research under http:/
@realkimhansen @blaine @kevinmarks @dsearls @Padraig Keep in mind that many modern feed readers can consume microformats like h-feed which could make a simpler & more open standard than (or even in addition to) RSS. h-feed also has parser support in multiple languages as well.
@khurtwilliams First, do you know how to log into the wiki with your own website? https:/
Then you might consider adding some of your details or even a link to your article to https:/
I never meta link I didn't like.
Usually for most Post Kinds, one would expect them not to have a title. For some reason SemPress doesn't respect this, so you might consider tinkering with the template to have them not display. You can likely do this via CSS or directly in the theme. I know David Shanske wrote some code to do this in the 2016 theme.
@joe4ska A while back I wrote a general introduction to #IndieWeb for AltPlatform.org. You can find an archived copy of it on my site now: http:/
@joe4ska If you're in the Pasadena area in the next few weeks, let's have coffee and I can give you the top down to make the intro easier. Until then you can take a look at the wiki https:/
@khurtwilliams @joe4ska I've compiled a list of changes I've noticed in the TwentySixteen fork here:
http:/
YouTube URL embeds not working · Issue #1 · dshanske/twentysixteen-indieweb https:/
In archive views (/kind/post_kind/) and individual pages, typical raw YouTube URLs in pages that previously converted them into embeds via WordPress now just display them as text (non-clickable) URLs.
This may also extend to other types of WordPress embeds as well.
@TracyAltheide Looks like maybe your microformats markup isn't quite right for use with Brid.gy publish I'm guessing? https:/
@khurtwilliams The important question for my morning tests is did you get one or two wembentions to that post from me this morning? Somehow I'm not seeing either display. If you only got one, which was it?
@joe4ska @peteyarbro I remembered I had an @untappd account from years ago and somehow it was still untapped. Thought I'd check in once and forgot it syndicated to other sites. I'd probably be better off with a @caffeined account.
